1、法兰密封垫料选用不透气，弹性好的材料，法兰垫料尽量减少接头，接头形式采用阶梯形，接头处应涂密封胶。

2、法兰连接时，先垫好垫料，然后把两个法兰先对正，穿上几颗螺栓并拧上螺母不要上紧，再用尖冲塞进未上螺栓的螺孔中，把两个螺孔撬正，直到所有螺栓都穿上后，拧紧螺栓。紧螺栓时应十字交叉逐步均匀的拧紧。

2, when the flange is connected, first lay up the padding, then put the two flanges on the right side first, then put on a few bolts and screw up the nuts, do not tighten them up, and then use them to rush into the screw holes which are not up to the bolts, and pry the two holes, until all the bolts are put on, then tighten the bolts. Tighten the bolt and tighten the cross step by step.

3、风管连接好后，以两端法兰为准，检查风管连接是否平直。

4、不锈钢风管法兰连接的螺栓，宜用同材质的不锈钢制成，用普通型的，应喷涂涂料。

5、铝板风管连接采用镀锌螺栓，在法兰两侧垫镀锌垫圈。

7、复合材料风管采用法兰连接时，应有防冷“冷桥”措施，连接法兰的螺栓应均匀拧紧，其螺母宜在同一侧。
