1、支吊架安装按风管的中心线对称安装，吊杆进行安全可靠的固定，焊接后的部位应刷油漆。

6、支吊架不得设置在风口、阀门、检查门及自控机构处，离风口距离应大于200毫米。

7、抱箍支架折角应平直，圆形风管圆弧应均匀，抱箍应紧贴并抱紧风管。

1、法兰密封垫料选用不透气，弹性好的材料，法兰垫料尽量减少接头，接头形式采用阶梯形，接头处应涂密封胶。

2、法兰连接时，先垫好垫料，然后把两个法兰先对正，穿上几颗螺栓并拧上螺母不要上紧，再用尖冲塞进未上螺栓的螺孔中，把两个螺孔撬正，直到所有螺栓都穿上后，拧紧螺栓。紧螺栓时应十字交叉逐步均匀的拧紧。

风管的安装

1、技术要求，明装水平度 每米≤3mm ，总偏差≤20mm；垂直度每米≤2mm，总偏差≤20mm；暗装，位置应正确，无明显偏差。

3、风管穿越需要封闭的防火防爆的墙体或楼板时，应设预埋管或防护套管，其钢板厚度不应小于1.6mm，风管与防护套管之间，应用不燃且对人体无危害的柔性材料封堵。

风阀的安装

1、风阀安装前应检查框架结构是否牢固，调节制动、定位等装置是否准确灵活。

2、风阀的安装同风管的安装，将其法兰与风管或设备的法兰对正，加上密封垫片，上紧螺栓，使其与风管或设备连接牢固严密。
