| 不锈钢水管连接方式 Connection mode of stainless steel water pipe 1、卡压式连接 ---------分为单卡压和双卡压。双卡压是最稳定的连接方式。采用径向收缩外力（液压钳）将管件卡紧在管子上，并通过O型密封圈的止水，达到连接效果。 操作便捷，密封性好，不可拆卸。 1. Compression type connection: divided into single compression and double compression. Double compression is the most stable connection. The pipe fitting is clamped on the pipe by radial contraction external force (hydraulic tong), and the connection effect is achieved by sealing the O-ring. It is easy to operate, sealed and cannot be disassembled. 2、扩环式连接---------采用径向收缩外力（液压钳）将管件卡紧在管子上，并通过宽带胶密封圈的止水，达到连接效果， 可拆卸，管子安装增加管端滚压凸环的工序；密封性一般，铸造的管件成本高。 2. It can be disassembled, and the pipe installation increases the process of rolling convex ring at the pipe end; the sealing property is general, and the cost of casting pipe fittings is high. 3、焊接式连接---------采用热熔工艺，将两连接件熔接，达到连接的效果。 连接强度高，现场焊接口的焊缝气体保护难以达标，造成焊缝易生锈，直接降低管道的使用寿命； 安装质量对焊接工人技术依赖性强，质量难稳定 3. The connection strength is high, and the gas protection of the welding seam of the on-site welding interface is difficult to reach the standard, which makes the welding seam easy to rust and directly reduces the service life of the pipeline; the installation quality is highly dependent on the welding workers' technology, and the quality is difficult to be stable 4、自锁式连接——最早用于小口径塑料软管连接，无需使用工具，快速安装。接口内部容易松动漏水，密封性差。 4. Self locking connection - first used for small-diameter plastic hose connection, without tools, fast installation. The inner part of the interface is easy to loosen and leak, and the sealing performance is poor. |
